Gas (propane) with both convection and conventional baking. That's for indoors baking and not used for pizza. This is my oven in my kitchen, my wife's is upstairs.
For pizza I use the outdoor wood fired oven, which is also used for larger quanities of bread and rolls. As well as pulled pork, Thanksgiving turkeys and such larger roasts.
