Great idea

That's a great idea Ken, I do have a Facebook but it's my personal one. Guess its Time for a trailer page, I just didn't want to create one without a name but I guess that would be a good place to get suggestions for that to.

I sure hope that you have investigated the RV dealership system already. The discounts from list prices on conventional trailers is horrendous, sometimes up to 50% of MSRP (not that anyone pays msrp). A large part of why FGRV builders sell direct is that they would be priced out of the market if they had to include dealer profits as well.

That said, PM me if you would like a referral to one of the few honest and very successful RV dealers in SoCal (3 locations) who has indicated to me in the past that they would be interested in FGRV's if someone had a dealership plan.

I don't know how it works but you might look into "Kickstart" or as a last resort Shark Tank.

Is the Raffle off if the 50K goal is not met? Or gonna happen no matter what? Sure is a great press opportunity to get your brand name out there. Thanks.

Looks smaller than a Boler/Scamp. Any exterior dimensions? Looks to be thick walled as well.

History? Pics of the second trailer?

As for a name, a little more history on the trailers may be inspirational.

Wishing you the best,

I don't have exterior dimensions but I have rough ones. They are 10x7x6 and I can't figure out how to post more pics. They were made by a gentleman named Roy in Michigan, he was a welder by trade and had a wonderful imagination. After he died they sat until the estate was sold then less than 16 hours after they were posted I bought them. Everyone who sees them in person loves them including me, I cried when I saw them in person because they were even more wonderful than in the pictures I had seen. Roy did a wonderful job. I just want to take them to where he wanted them to be.

There's a tutorial around the forum someplace, I think. But anyway, go to "advanced" posting. Look for the paperclip icon with little arrow next to it, and click on the arrow. A window that says "manage attachments" will open. Add photos there, upload, then close the window. Go back to that same little arrow and click again, and you'll see a drop-down list of your attachments which you can now insert in your message.

If you use something like a photobucket.com account (it's free) for a collection of your pics it's easy to either post a link to the pics or use photobucket as your host for posting. Both ways work.

Hit reply
Scroll down for the button "manage attachments"
a window will pop up, hit "browse"
click on the photo on your own Desktop computer then choose"open" at the bottom

now "upload" button
Now you can close the popup window
Last hit the "submit reply" button at bottom

I wanted to do a donation but I use paypal and Go Fund Me will not accept it. I don't want to sign up with another payment company just to do one payment.

Look forward to seeing the trailer come to life!

Love the name Astra! But in honor of Roy how about Royastra? It sounds a bit regal and a little space-agey
