Used to see that a lot back when cab-over truck campers were more popular (am I dating myself?).

I am truly surprised how many people out there have no clue at to the height of their vehicle. I see truckers go under bridges that they hit all the time. The sign is always clearly posted as to what the clearance is, but there are so many STUPID People out there. By the looks of the video I would say the driver of the truck is no longer among us.

I saw that video quite some time ago. Supposedly the driver and kid with him managed to bail out the passenger side door and didn't get hurt.

We had a semi get wedged under a bridge about 20 years ago. The State went after the truck owner for the damage to the bridge. The truck owner countersued and won-turned out the state had repaved the street multiple times raising the roadbed over 6" and never changed the sign.

This is a pretty old clip. The trailer had never been used when this happened. People just in and start towing without any knowledge of how to tow safely.

Did that once at an A&W in Davenport Iowa with a VW Dormobile camper that had a luggage rack above the driver compartment. Back when they came to the vehicle to take the order.
