Ever wonder how to say thank you when you see a military person (or any Service person) in uniform?

....The Gratitude Sign

A simple way to do it from across a room or as you are passing by.

The Gratitude Campaign

IMHO this is worth a sticky

This afternoon in the grocery store I passed a young man in crisp uniform with rows of bars (I think that's what they're called). I told him, "Thank you for your service." He said, "Don't worry, it's my job." I told him, "Because you do your job I don't have to worry. Thank you."

God bless all those who are watching over us day and night. Because of them, we can sleep in peace. IMHO.

Ribbons -- They are a 'slice' of the ribbon attached to a medal or decoration awarded to the service member. Miniature pins of the ribbons can be worn on civilian clothing and larger versions are also made into bumper stickers.
