OT- little help available from a Bakersfield CA egg owner??

There is a Rokon mini bike there I am intrested buying but seller will not ship.

Looking for an Egger to check it out... and if it is as good as advertised, Ill buy it if you will put it on a pallet for me for shipping (open to other shipping ideas)
