Last week we went to Canada to pickup our new (1986) 19'
Bigfoot.....
We had a great trip and had the pleasure to meet Len who is an very nice fellow and extremely knowledgeable
Bigfoot fan.
The trailer is in great shape, just needed some outside polishing (has not been used much in over a year or so)
We have spent 5 days, de-oxidizing, polishing, waxing and removing the aging decals and we are exhausted.
Our next step is to upgrade the water heater with an Atwood ( electronic ignition), make our own decal design and re-cover the cushions & curtains.
We are planing to go to the WA and OR coast in May. We can't wait....
Here are some pictures of our progress:

PS: The
awning is in good shape but does not slide very easily, what do you use for lubricant (paraffin?)
Cheers,
Frederic
