Someone's fancy
I have seen some fabulous custom painted scenes portraits etc on TT's. I am considering having my Scamp 13 painted. No stealth camping! It will be a waterlily pond around the entire bottom with a few Laurel Birch type birds flying around the top. Named the Lilly Pad.
I am wondering if custom painting--done excellently-adds value or diminishes value for resale{AFTER I die }?
So what are your thoughts/experience. Thanks--and yes I will figure out how to post the pics when its done.

I know there's a thread here about stealth camping, but what about the opposite? Has anybody painted their egg so it wouldn't get stolen? Every once in a while we see someone post here about a stolen trailer and it's a sad thing. It seems to me that a thief would be much more reluctant to be seen trying to haul away a giant strawberry, a zebra, or a starry night. What do you think?

Here's the 1978 UNIK (Canadian) travel trailer seen in the album gallery before we bought it in April, and after its redo. It's amazing what hours and hours and hours of blood, sweat, tears, and laughter can do for one's appearance!

that's awesome! I've always wanted to go all out and paint mine but have held back b/c of fear that it would be best left original.
