Passport America

For those of you who are Passport America members, do I have to have the membership card or can I sign up for Passport America before I show up at the campground and give them proof of membership purchase. It's difficult to receive our mail as we are full timers..always on the move. TIA, John

If it’s the equivalent of the old golden age pass you have to have a card unless they changed it from when I was in the NPS. If you lose the card you buy another also.

You might have to give Passport America a call. Their website says to be sure and present the card at check-in, so maybe they have a way to email an electronic version of the card. Just guessing.


I never paid attention to that group before. $44 per year would pay off in just 2-3 nights of camping at associated rv parks... not bad.
