No, they don't need a permit. They pretty much come and go as they please.

So do you lug these camping ?
Or is it a fixed location ....

Scamps are so light, some ballast might be useful on windy days. A couple of days ago, I heard that two trailers or RVs were blown over on CR93 between Golden and Boulder!

inspectors tend to be shot out there especially in the fall. she is really taking her chances. looks like you need to level that pad too. since I assume that is a semi permanent place.
