PHOTOGRAPHS

Wonderin' why we get pictures sideways. I often tilt my camera for pictures but after they are downloaded to my computer I flip them over to the upright position. This way, if I use or share them they go out properly oriented.
Does the administrator of a webpage have the where with all or authority to change the pictures?
If I am interested in the pictures I usually save them to my computer and then go through and flip them so that I can get a better look but it would be so much easier if they were right-side up in the first place.
Just asking'
Scouter Dave, full timing now in a Bigfoot 17B.......

This topic has been discussed dozens of times and the fix has been posted dozens of times.
