I have a 1973 partially restored PlayPac that I'm trying to sell. Can't seem to find the ad I posted with pics last month so I could add correct phone (850) 763-8550. Let me know if you are interested. Also if anyone could help me figure out how to edit my ad please let me know. dmouskourie@yahoo.com
Thanks

Need Help from NC
I am the proud owner of Jason's old playpac. I found it here and finally got it home. The inside has been stripped. This week I have removed a broken antenna from the top, replaced rivots in the door, traced wires to figure out running and brake lights, removed extra subfloor, replaced tougue jack, and smiled that I finally own a Playpac. I need much help. I need measurements and diagrams (pictures) of the bunk and Table. Measurements of the bathroom walls. How was the battery run to everything. How was the sink tanks plumbed and fitted to pump. Why are there bolts running across the top on both sides? Generally if you are building a Playpac from nothing how would you do it. Also I am joining Facebook page and looking to see if anybody camps at Apache Campground, North Mrytle Beach.

Hey! Awesome! Mine is currently in storage but is 100% original. We haven't figured out the battery either and just run off of campground power or battery operated lights etc.
There is a lot we haven't worked on...the fridge hasn't been on yet and we haven't run water either. But we have heated using the furnace and use the stove.
Got pics?

Thank you Megan
We lived 3 years in Upstate NY (Army) and miss it each day. 100% orginal is great. When you get it out I need some pictures of the walls and floor. I am still new to the website and had issues posting a picture. I have not given up but any thoughts could help.

I subscribe to this thread (and don't get here often enough to browse.) So your post popped up in my email
I'll peek around for pics I posted. We need to put new butyl tape on the dome so we can't get it from our friends barn until we can get that done. I don't want it sitting in the rain. :/
Let's see what I can find

hey Charley - congrats on your Play Pac. i moved on to an RV but still have fonds memories of the trips we took in our Play Pac(s) - i had two! so much volume in such a small space.
i have a lot of photos posted here of my renovations and general photos as well. many more too and way too many to post here. if you check out my posts you might find some info. if you need more, pm me and we can figure out a way for me to send a folder with bunch of interior shots to help you out.

Paul, you have already been a weath of information as I have read all the post I could find. I need some good shots of the construction of the bench sheets and walls so I can reproduce the orginal feel. Could you compress the folder with the pictures and email them to me? If not maybe select a few that could help me understand. Also the curtain rods, I have the holes and found a screw in the floor that will fit but it is not making sense what was mounted from any of the pictures. The dome has been removed and I saw the link to get a new one but need to understand how the old one was mounted to ensure I get the right one. Thank you ahead of time.

ok Charley got it. was able to dig up all my photos today (i had deleted everything but luckily, i had them all also saved to my iPhoto). its not quite as organized as i had hoped, but the pictures are there and they pretty much say it all!
its about 1.5GB so i am going to send it over night via 'wetransfer.com' ... free way to send up to 2GB of data safely.
stay tuned and keep us posted on your play pac adventure ... post some pix when you can. folks here love photos - me included!

I found a link with photos from when I bought mine. I'll be spending the weekend in it so let me know what pics you need. I'll get some of the dome and curtain. Hopefully I'll have some cool some pics as we need to take it off and butyl it
