Not electric... propane torch.. I've missed having a toaster myself but I've got a cast iron pans that I use. Dang it now I'm craving a English muffins for breakfast. A set of tongs and the stove will toast too.

For the past year we’ve been using the iSiLER 2 slice toaster with our 1500 watt inverter. The iSilser is rated at 750 watts and according to our Victron 712 battery monitor that’s correct.
