Trailer: No Trailer Yet
Posts: 1
I am looking at buying a '77 Surf Side. Triple E, trailer, its in fairly good shape, has single bunk beds at one end, and a table that folds down into a double ( ish) bed, it has gas, stove two burner, small fridge and thats about it, very basic the usual storage in a small trailer... does anybody have any idea as to what it might be worth??

Hi Stephen,

Prices in Ontario seem close to BC prices. The surfside is very similar to a Trillium 4500 and generally a good condition 4500 will reach around $5500-6000 here in BC. In Alberta they go for closer to $4000 (lucky them)

A couple on this forum bought a Surfside on Vancouver Island last month that was listed for $5000, not sure what they paid for it in the end but it had no furnace and was rough outside.

There is another listed here at an RV lot so you can generally add 25% or more then a private sale.

Hope that helps

I just bought the exact same trailer last weekend (1977 Surfside) in fairly good condition. It is fully usable as is although it could use a little TLC. I paid $3500.00. I have been looking for a while and similar trailers in Calgary (like the Trillium 4500) go for $3500 to $4500.
