I have been hunting high and low for a used fiberglass RV and have run across several, but by the time I called on them (usually the same day) they were already sold. I found one this morning, sent my guys out to check it out, it was in great shape so went ahead and got it. I am so excited! I am looking forward to meeting some of you and going to some of the rallies.

pretty cool looking little egg! So glad you were able to finally snag one. We lost several on ebay not being quick enough! Finally got one and we have'nt looked back! Just a standard 13' Scamp, but it's all we need having been former tenters! ha!
Can you make it to Arkansas??? We are in Texas, but went last year and enjoyed a wonderful wine tour! look up the River Valley Rally in Rallies.
supposed to be pretty camping area this time!

You really have to be fast! After finding this one I had a friend call me saying he found a 13' Scamp, but it needs a lot of work! Mine is in great shape so I am glad that worked out like it did. Arkansas is a long haul for me.. but then you never know where I may wind up. I am looking at the Oregon and no Ca. rallies right now.

Much to my surprise it has a swamp cooler.
The RV Repair Center in Indio (who checked it over and picked it up for me) told me that it had a vent only. They wanted to install an air conditioner would you believe?

Congrats!!! We just brought home our new "Boler clone" (a 1975 Unik) last night, so I know your excitement! We were the first to see it and grabbed it right away. Always nice to know you beat everyone to it!

Congrats to you too Heidi. Isn't it great when you finally find "the one" and haul it home and can call it yours? Enjoy your new little egg and the future fun times you will be having.

Today I picked up my cushions that I had recovered. Looks grrrrrreat! She did an excellent job with them. Now if I can find out where to upload the pics I will show everyone.

You sure can. I didn't see that option on my original post. Here they are.

Thanks Raya.

Thanks Michel. The pics came out dark for some reason. The ones under the registry pics look better.

Congrats on your new trailer !My wife and I did as you did and missed on about a half dozen trailers until we found one out behind a local business place. It didn't even have a for sale sign so we know how excited you must be. The cushions have a very special look to them. Hope to see you at one of the Oregon gatherings. Enjoy !! Lee and Norma
