Reports of a hot RV market

...are not kidding. I listed my Lite House on facebook marketplace and had a buyer within minutes. Didn't even get a chance to list it here. Guess I should have asked more...

We looked for a good used fiberglass trailer for months before and while our Scamp was on order. Unless you contacted the seller immediately after a post went up, you were too late, as we experienced multiple times. Since we couldn't sit be on our phones/computers all day, hitting refresh every two minutes, and we didn't luck out on timing, we have a new Scamp sitting in our driveway.

I looked for months, got lucky to be the first person to respond on a well-priced Playpac just 50 miles from me one evening. I made arrangements to go see it first thing the next morning (7am) and agreed to buy it there. It's rough out there, especially if you aren't in the Pacific Northwest or near the Scamp factory in the Upper Midwest.

I sold my Casita four hours after posting it. I had five other interested buyers ready to come look at it if the first person didn’t want it.

That's what the buyer said they had experienced. As a result they had cash ready to go even on a Sunday (when I posted the sale) and were willing to immediately drive 3 hours to my place to buy.
