May have asked this before, but can't find any responses.

I'm looking for a link that a Scamp 13 owner (preferably something relatively new) might have that shows the interior of a Scamp 13 Custom Deluxe's wood work. I'd like to see what the cabinets and doors look like. In particular I'm interested in one with the birch although oak would be fine too. The new Scamp site has photos but most are of the 16 and 19.

Also interested in any response from a Custom Deluxe owner about the integrity of the cabinetry being screwed into the shell rather than riveted (strength? Tightness? Hardware integrity?).

We really like the look of the Casita 13 -- but we really like real wood interiors -- hence indecision on which to order, Scamp or Casita.

Thanks

Hope to get photos to you directly.

As for cabinets. I've have my 2005 13' Scamp Deluxe w/bath since I got it new in April 2005. I'm not sure how they are connected but after 15,000 miles they are still very firmly in place.

I'm pleased with my Scamp.

We'd love if you could post the pictures here Ron, that way when someone else wants to we wouldn't have to bug you to send them by e-mail again.

Ed, We had a Scamp Custom Deluxe thread here a few years ago. I posted some pictures of my 13'. Scamp Custom Deluxe thread

Mine is a '93 so the birch "look" might not be exactly the same. The quality and durability of the cabinetry and hardware is excellent; no weakness or flaws, no leaks. Everything is sturdy and secure after 15 years on the road.

Donna

I sent about 35 photos to Ed totaling about 3.5 MB (mainly interior). I'm not quiet sure how to do that for this site. However, tell me how and I'll send them to you.
