Jason, the difference may be where it was measured. The back wall, because of the curves at both ends is going to be shorter than measured at the front end, because the walls are flatter there.
BTW: Pre-fire Scamp 13' (Jan. 2006) are several inches shorter in height than those built post-fire (June 2006)

I"m not sure 6'3" was ever really accurate, maybe before flooring or ratfur and reflextix. In the prefire 13, I can stand up naturally and my head just touches the ceiling, In the post-fire 13 My head still touches if I stand up unnaturally straight. I'm 6'0" tall (officially)
