Last week I was dealing with the Scamp
factory, and "Micah" is the head of service dept. He returned my calls promptly,and we spoke several times over 3 days.

they would really prefer to talk to people. Email is the least preferred method of communication. I want answers I simply call them. Kent Eveland seems to always be ready to talk. Kent's the owner.
So my advice is to call tell and ask away.
