My daughter reports that she discovered one of her cats crouching over the bathtub drain taking a leak....

When we were looking for a dog, we went to a local rescue group. They had us take the dog on a walk in the local park, where the dog proceeded to take a drink from the lake...a very large drink. Five minutes down the trail, he stops, quickly dug a large hole, threw up, and covered it, then continued to trot along.

He must have had an advanced degree, because no one in my undergrad class ever had the sense to dig a hole first.

Needless to say, we adopted him. I think he was on his best behavior that day, because he's not that tidy anymore.

No No... thats a Pit. They can be trained to do anything... sure, they look tuff and have a tuff rep, but they are really spineless and will do anything their master tells them too. (hmnn... I should get one of those)

Mine are BEAGLES.. they do as they please.. like cleaning up the CATS poop.

Or obeying what the CAT says to do.

Gina: your issue with Beagle behaviour isn't breed related -- the the entire hound group. Our Rhodesian hears voices. It's the only explanation for some of things that she thinks she must do. "The voices said to Mom"

A friend's mostly Rhodesian is afraid of the dark. If she really has to go at night, she will run out and bark a lot before venturing out on the lawn (likely she smells the resident 'coons). She now has a pet light that clips on her collar and lights the way, so she runs all over the place.
