Well...life brings change, and so for now, I am going to be selling this fine little camper. It's in great shape and deserves more enjoyment than I am able to find time for. (Looking forward to retirement, which, unfortunately, is still several years away.) I need to get an ad written and decide on my asking price...but did upload a few more photos today (does this link work?): https://plus.google.com/photos/10147...COrNwfzT9OS1Ag

As for the asking price, all I can say is that your trailer is in excellent shape. I would compare the asking price of similar Trilliums, in your area, and price yours in the higher range.

Oh, wow, thanks so much David! Now to get that ad written. (Not much for comparison sales in the sunny south!) ;-)

That would make your Trillium the newest 1300 on the list. On a 4500 112 in the serial number seems to indicate a front dinetet unit. It is unclear, so far, what it means on a 1300. What does the front of your trailer look like?

On the window guard is the orange Trillium decal. The inside at front is the dinette, original material on both seats, under the one closest to the door is the porta potti, and overhead is open storage. At the back, above big table is closed overhead storage and side storage.
Will post pictures in the next couple of days.

Looking forward to pics. Especally of the closet, and heater, if you have one. Sounds like a Deluxe, so you probably do. Optional windows in the kitchen and the door?

Another front dinette for the next revision, which I am having technical difficulties with. I have finally exceeded the character limit:

That was the most difficult update yet! Several failed attempts. What a relief to finally get it done.

David,
I tried doing a PM but no luck. I started reading through this thread but it gets pretty long. What is the final consensus on what the numbers mean. Which number do I use as my VIN for title/registration. You were right by the way, mine does start with 45...not 46 as posted by the seller.
How do I know what year it is as well? I'm thinking that he was wrong about it being a 1300 so what else might be incorrect is the year...he said 1980.
Thanks for the help.

Barak,
Since the, (your?) trailer is a 4500, just look at post 314. Compare you serial number to the list and find where it fits. They are organized by the last 4 digits of the number, which are in the sequential order of manufacture. The trailers that are around your number will give you a feel for the year.
Yes, the serial number is the number that starts with 45-110xxxx. All my trailers are registered using this number.
Here is how to read the number:
45- This is the model, in this case a 4500
1 The exterior colour, in this case colonial white
1 The interior colour, in this case colonial white
0 In later models this is related to the floor plan, in a 77 it is meaningless
xxxx The sequential order of manufacture

Well this is embarrassing. I posted a referral that did not make it onto the list. This is the most recent 4500 that I have a serial number for.
