Short "Shoulder Season"

Labor Day was this past Monday, September 7th. Just two days later, September 9th, we woke up to 12 inches of "Rocky Mountain Humidity"! Along with a temperature drop of 53 degrees in less than 24 hours. That was one short "shoulder season" for Fall camping. Luckily, the weather service warned us in plenty of time, and we were ready for it. And we're supposed to be back up in the 70's by this weekend. We may still get some Fall camping in (then have to winterize again).

Dunno what you're griping about.
In Saskatchewan we had 9 months of winter and 3 months of hard sledding.
And one year we had summer on a Wednesday.
