Our new Casita

Overnight stop at Snow Canyon State Park in Ivins, UT on our way home from TX to CA with our new Casita. Beautiful place but 107F, we’ll come back at a cooler time of year!

Can you answer the air or no air question?

I don't see a question--do you mean whether we have A/C? If so, yes, we do. It was 107F as we were setting up, so the A/C was definitely on, but we actually turned off at bedtime as temps had dropped to the mid-80's with a nice dry breeze.

1966 Buco

The 1966 Buco project is finally on the road. We took it out for a couple of nights in Banff for it's maiden voyage. Tows well down the highway, tips the scales about 2000 llbs fully loaded with about 320 llbs on the tongue. I still have a few minor items to install like drip caps over the door and windows and finding some nice baby moons for the wheels as well as a few minor modifications inside. Mainly the small things you find as you start using the rig. Overall I am very happy with the final product.
Here are a few before and after pictures.

Agreed. I'd love to see it some day.

I've seen a couple of Venturas at Quartzsite and think they are among the most attractive of all the vintage fiberglass trailers. Well done on your restoration.

I haven't visited the site for quite some time. I repainted my 73 last year added portawalls and baby moons. Just need to add some red pinstripe

The 1974 Perris Pacer continues to evolve. I finally added trim to the wheel skirts and rear bike rack. Winter camping in Southern California is still nice.

That's very attractive. Perris Pacer is one of the vintage brands I don't think I've ever seen up close and personal.

Good point! I thought hitting reply to the post would link them together. I’ll go back and try to fix that. Nothing to see here, carry on!

Thanks Fran. Do you know if there is a way to include the photo when commenting on someone else’s photo? Maybe that feature isn’t available on the mobile app?

You could download the attached photo and then reattach it from your downloads?
