Wednesday Aug 29th approx 2:00pm - 16' or 17' Casita, white SUV TV, southbound on SH 13 at Bolivar, MO. Was so interested in seeing what kind of trailer that I didn't identify the TV. I was northbound on Hwy 13 in my red 4dr Toyota Tacoma towing my silver teardrop tlr.

Janet, Porteau it is a great quick get away from the city but be warned you had better like trains if you stay there! if not keep going another 15 min to Squamish - some nice spots there as well to camp.

Saw an interesting rig twice this weekend, once on Saturday (I think) and again today. I am glad I saw it the second time since I did not get a very good look the first as it passed me SB on Highway 20 near Coupeville, WA. Got a better look in Oak Harbor today as he was headed towrds Walmart. It was a Bigfoot (probably 17') mounted on a flatbed truck. Wheel wells were still visible. The truck is a cabover design. I didn't see the make. It actually looked pretty cool although it was a loooong way up there.

Perris Pacer on the Sunshine Skyway, FL

At 1:00pm this afternoon - a Perris Pacer and white (Dodge?) van TV parked on the North and St. Pete side of the Skyway, in the shade of a tree.

Spotted today (noonish) headed southbound through the main (busiest in the lower mainland) border crossing, Vancouver, B.C.) headed into the U.S. of A., a yellow/gold coloured egg pushing a white suv of unknown make model.

We were northbound and too busy to note actual make of egg or its tow.

I'm parked in the driveway finishing a door repair, so have not been out and about - but I have had two couples stop to ask if I'm getting ready to sell (I'm not but the were interested). So a different kind of "I spotted."

We are in Yellowstone National Park this week for the end of the camping season in the park. So far we have sighted 14 Casitas, 3 Scamps, one Boler and one antique Bigfoot. The small eggs are perfect for the small campsites in the park. Our new 25' Bigfoot is more of a challenge to find space for. But we love the four-season features since it is freezing every night.

Sighting X3!

This weekend is the annual Central ND Steam Thresher's Reunion. There is on site camping. We are blessed with 3 eggs in the campground this year. Two Scamps and a Casita.

Spotted a Scamp 13 yesterday (21 Sep) headed westbound on I-40 near Lebanon, TN. It was being towed by a Ford Focus !! Interesting since a 2005 Focus only has a 1,000 max. towing capacity in the US. They seemed to be tootling along quite nicely.
