LOL the roads I described are what you need to travel just to get to the trailhead - not a chance anything with more than 2 wheels is going past the trailhead.

Spotted a Casita pulled by a silver Toyota (Highlander?) headed East on I-12 approaching Slidell LA Saturday morning. We were headed West but without our Scamp this trip.

Today, Nov 19th around 1:30PM, saw a 13 Scamp or Boler type being towed by a black Jeep (ragtop I think??), westbound on I-30 near mile marker 84, SW Arkansas. Not sure if it was a Scamp or Boler as there was no name or decals on it. Pretty sure it was an older model as the side windows were 2-pane crank-out type with square corners (my '85 Scamp has radius corner side windows). The trailer also appeared to have what may have been refrigerator 'vents' on street side that looked to have been painted black

Two egg sightings yesterday (Sunday). Saw a Casita pulled by a maroon minivan headed West on I-10 near Seguin, TX late morning. A few hours later saw a 19' Escape headed West on I-10 pulled by a red pickup close to Beaumont TX.

Two Casita 17's in Huntington Beach SP with us today. Owners of one of them are full timers. One of the owners of the other went to school in the next town from me, graduated one year ahead of me, 1963, and several years later was a teacher in my former high school for a couple years!!

Casita in the campground we are at in GA. It's a military rental. The person with it says he used it when it was new, now it's older and he says it shows it's use as a rental.

I just walked down to the bathroom and saw that another Casita has come in. Will try to get with the owner tomorrow. We still hold the title of smallest trailer in the campground, mostly big rigs here, motor homes and 5th wheel trailers.

Which campground are you at in GA?

Bob and Mary...pretty safe to say you will hold the smallest camper slot most of the time!! Do you have constant tour requests? Good way to meet the big guys, isn't it? Hope you are having good time.

We've shown it several times. It attracts more attention now that we put on the reproduction Uhaul decals. A few times we've had the question "does Uhaul rent campers". Met a couple yesterday that have a Scamp 16, but traveling in a small motor home now. The Scamp will be for sale next year, it's too small for their big dog. We got used to tour requests five years ago when we started camping with our vintage teardrop, it attracts way more attention than the Uhaul. When are you coming down here for a visit?

Saw a Casita from a distance headed down Ga Hwy 15 South out of Watkinsville, Ga. Not close enough to see TV other than it was an SUV. It looked like a canoe on the roof of the TV and bikes on the back of the Casita.

A new Casita was in the campground with us last weekend, owners live in Athens GA, aftermarket rear receiver with a bike rack, TV is a pickup, we gave each other the tour.

Late yesterday a Casita 13 came into the campground. Haven't seen the owner, they may be here for the bluegrass music festival that's going on this weekend.

Henry the dog and I have spotted a 16 foot scamp at the Fountain of Youth Spa near Salton Sea. This is the second day we've seen it, but we haven't spotted the owners. BTW this place is the cleanest I've seen and such a nice facility. I highly recommend it.

Saw a Scamp 13 towed by a white PU with a cap at the stop light in Coupeville about 10 this morning. It was turning onto SR 20, coming from Pt Townsend ferry, I presume.

Have a great trip and be careful in this cold but beautiful weather.

Saw a funny little trailer, not sure what it was, it had orange and black decals that I think said u-haul, had s. Carolina plates, was parked in Jekyll island campground, was in top shape, was so shiny we could see our reflections.

Saw this old cutie in a repair shop in Whittier. Not sure what it is - but it appeared to be motorized.
