Saw this Trillium near Danbury, Wi as I was on my home stretch after a 16 day, 5000 mile journey down Route 66.

I saw a standard Scamp 5th wheel about a mile east of Quartzside, AZ. on hwy 10. It was pulled by a red truck, sincew I was going 75 the other direction I didn't get a good look at the truck.

Having just completed a 1,100 mile teip to Calif, this was the only FGRV that I saw the whole time. Next month we are off to Calif. ourselves, with our trailer, to camp at Big Bear Lake

Casita headed North near Great Falls, Montana tonight around 6:00 PM, TV was red! Happy trails!!

A few days ago, a nice-looking silver-painted fiberglass parked at the Sac in Three Forks, MT--I only saw it in passing. Maybe a Boler 17?

This Sunday I saw two Casitas on our 2 hour drive home from Portland in the evening. One heading south on 205 and another heading south on I-5. Didn't catch the TVs, I believe one had red graphics and the other green(?).

Saw a 16' Scamp looked like '89 in front of Bank of Colorado on Main St. Durango Co. with Minnesota plates. Two or three days later saw them heading South on 550 evidently coming out of mts.

Saw a south heading casitas just north of Red Bluff as we headed north to camp at castle crags state park. 106 outside. The spot is unimproved--no air conditioning in our little burro anyway. This did sound like a good idea....

Saw a couple with a new $20k deluxe casita that they were taking out for the third time at veterans park in Monterey bay. I was sporting my 10 foot 1987 cadet which seemed to have so much more room inside than theirs due to no bathroom.

Cari & eye saw a Buro and a Scamp on the Quartzville Creek Recreation area east of Sweet Home Oregon today while we were traveling out of the area after camping creek-side for the past week. The Scamp owner was putting up a large free standing solar panel.

I will update our adventure blog with some photos of the trip this weekend.

Scamp 13' Pulled By VW Bug

My husband just called from the parking lot at work to tell me he saw a Scamp 13' being pulled by a VW Bug and it was going up the ramp to the highway! We once had a neighbor in AZ who pulled theirs with an Escort wagon. I would have loved to have seen them and visited with them about their "adventure" with the VW bug/Scamp.

Was the bug bright green? There was one running around Dickinson, ND when we lived there pulling a 13' Scamp last year.

Just got back from a short trip with my Lil' Bigfoot at Tugman St Park and saw a 17ft Casita with a really nice couple who will be at the Oregon Gathering in a few weeks. On the way home I saw a Scamp 5th wheel pulled by a brown truck with friendly waving and honking people at the stop light by the Coos Bay Walmart.

Saw two Scamps today so far. One (13') heading east on Hwy. 2 just outside of Iron River, WI being pulled by a silver truck possibly a Tacoma. The 2nd one was a 16' (not the 5'er) at the Perkins in Superior, WI behind a large blue pickup.
