Perhaps we should keep an eye on the redneck humor sites - it may show up as a redneck humor sight!

That's an idea alright.
I noticed that one fella using a station wagon
so he can carry two stacks. Must be going off grid.

Saw two this weekend, which is rare in Utah! Friday afternoon was a 13' scamp headed south on I-15 near Draper. Today we saw a 16' scamp with Oregon plates pulled by a silver (I think I'm remembering correctly) Honda truck.

Saw a 16' Scamp in an RV storage lot in the north end of Hudsonville, MI. While this isn't the open road, it does mean that there is a fellow Scamp owner somewhere nearby as this facility is only blocks from my home. I'm not alone...

I was just down to Fort Casey giving away some firewood. It is a small campground but there were 2 Escapes, a Casita, and a Scamp there. Talked briefly to the Capita owners.

Just drove I-40 from AZ to VA. I saw a 13 ft. Boler as well as 4 Casitas in the last four days. A sticky was blown over and destroyed in AR. on the freeway, nobody hurt to bad from what I heard. Cross winds were very bad, gusts to 50 kts. All the sticky people and truck camper people I talked to at the Flying J were staying put until the wind came down. I had to drive carefully but never felt like the trailer was out of control. The rounded corners I'm sure makes these molded trailers a lot better in windy conditions.

In Gallup NM on our way to AZ. Saw a casita at the truck/ gas stop. Had to ask about their rig and told them we were on the way to get ours. They used to have a 33 ft sticky....went to the FGTT and never looked back! Hope people see us heading back east to Tennessee and then north to Michigan. Ha ha.

Fellow camper
I was in Vogel State park in North Georgia the weekend of April 26. Saw another Casita in the park, went over and introduced myself to them. A very nice and friendly couple.
On the way home, saw another one going north on highway 515 in Georgia.

I have driven about a 1,000 miles from Afton, VA. through W. VA., Maryland, CT, MA, N.H., and Maine. In all that driving I saw only one 16' Scamp and it was parked in a driveway along route 136, in Freeport, ME. The boat was in a shed and the camper was out in the weather, but looked to be in good shape

AZ Sighting Today
Out of the corner of my left eye I spotted a Casita (I think) with a white TV (I think) headed south on AZ95 between Buckeye and Gila Bend around 4 pm - I flashed lights and waved vigorously, but it was gone all too soon!

On our way through Texas, on route to Tennessee via 1-40, saw another Oliver ahead of us. I was surprised as there are so few of us around. They had Texas plates. We honked and waved. Also in Palo Duro Canyon there was a Scamp. Had a few friendly words. Fun!

Isn't Palo Duro an amazing place? We were there in March, right after their fire.
