Yesterday, 2 Casita's west bound I-70 between Richfield and Green River Utah...... Both were 17 ft'ers. Don't think they were traveling together, probably 30 miles apart it's such a boring drive thru there, but I woke up cause I was so excited to see them ( it had been a long trip for me and was missing my Casita) then about 3-ish saw a 16ft Scamp Rifle area of I-70 westbound. And then what did my tired ole eye's see pass me, as I was walking to my car at the Glenwood rest stop? another Scamp this time east bound I-70. Caught up to them in Glenwood Canyon being pulled my a red SUV oh darn I can't remember what state on the plates, Would have waved but you all would have thought I was a crazy person, I was eggless! Glad to be home, but sure wanted to say Hi and Thanks for the quick glance. Robin

My son took the wife and me to the Republic of Panama for a two week vacation and to see their newly completed summer home in Cerro Azul. While out touring the community I spotted this Scamp. You never know where you will see an egg.

While on the road, we saw more more FGs than I ever knew existed! Funny how once something's on your radar you REALLY notice it. By far the highest concentration we saw was in Waterton National Park, Alberta, Canada where we spotted this one (and met the friendly owners) August 21. We also spotted this interesting one (August 22) stored near the marina:

We saw 2 Scamps at Pigeon Forge that seemed to be traveling together on the 17th. Later in the day we saw a Casita, I think it was a Liberty, parked at the Knife Works in Pigeon Forge. We traveled for 1600 miles and those were the only fiberglass trailers we saw the entire trip.

In an RV park near Susanville, Northern California: a Compact II.
Doing a tag-team act with us up US 395 near the Oregon border: a very nice Eriba Puck pulled by a VW Jetta station wagon (?). Also camped in the same campground (Marster Spring, near Paisley). Apparently a young lady with a large protective dog, and a "D" sticker. Protective dog made an approach seemingly unwise.

At an AKC Agility Trial in Yakima, WA last weekend (Oct 18-19) there were four of us! Two Trilliums (a 13' and my 1981 5500), a 1991 Burro and a 1991 Casita. We were dwarfed by 30+ giant trailers & motor homes but agreed FIBERGLASS RULES!

Today, in La Posa South BLM Long-Term camping area south of Quartzsite, AZ - a 16 (?) ft. Casita with no one at home, tug gone. Could it be someone from this forum? Are you here for the whole season? Ain't Quartzsite a hoot? L 'n D

We saw a Lil' Bigfoot rolling through Eureka, CA on Hwy 101 around 7:30pm last night (10-24-08). We were in the Eureka Mall parking lot meeting Jacquie & Bill with their Trillium when we saw this egg rolling by. Berry said it looked a lot like Dave's Lil' Bigfoot. If it was, let us know.

On the way home from the Lake Casitas Rally, we were Southbound on I-5 in Anaheim south of Disneyland when we were passed by a 13' Scamp-like clone with "Trek" on the side. The front seat passenger gave us a big thumbs-up, and I smiled and waved.
Terry Jeffers, was that you?

While out on a ride up toward Soledad Canyon, I spyed a Casita parked next to someones garage on Cripple Creek Street just off Soledad Canyon Road. Does it belong to anyone from the Forum?

13' Casita in Hanford, CA. Belonged to Natural Woman (Carol) and she stopped to visit me on her way out to the desert. Does it count?

This afternoon we saw a 13' Scamp with roof mounted AC going north on state highway 60/US Highway 75 in northwest Iowa, north of Lemars (Ice Cream Capital of the World ).
Unfortunately, I didn't see what was pulling it.

I passed a 13' Scamp & white pickup heading west on I-90 today just outside of Cheney, WA on my way home from work. Wish I were heading somewhere with my egg rather than working....
