I am going to start calling this town Casitasite.
Two today. The first was a 17 footer tugged by a white SUV with Thule carrier, Oregon plate, Sisters on the Fly sticker in the back window. I chased you, not to see who you were, but to tell you your gas cans were leaking! I turned off when you zipped towards the LTVA.
On main street, at the big laundry place, a Casita attached to a white pick up truck. Idaho plate, I think.

I'm visiting in Humboldt County, California. In less than 24 hrs I've seen three stationary eggs. First, a Scamp (big one) at the MacD's in Arcata. Then a Casita in someone's driveway. And now, two doors down from my daughter's house in McKinleyville, another Scamp!

One more, this time moving, on Wednesday, 9 am just north of Gold Beach, OR. You were headed south and I was going north so no ID, just a quick glimpse, but I'm thinking Casita from the color.

Monday Dec 21 at 1130 am - Northbound on I-15 in Utah at milepost 93 -Scamp 16 delux with white tow vehicle.
We were southbound on I-15 towing an EggCamper with a black Dodge pickup.
Where are all the fiberglass spotters? We just went 1,000 miles and no one spotted us.

Yesterday, I-80 westbound:
Saw a Scamp ahead in traffic, but never caught up ... don't know whether it was a 13, 16 or 5er, but they were on their way to some fun.
Passed an older Casita 16 (no rear bumper) tugged by a small black pickup - hope they were on their way to a wonderful holiday too!

You didn't say where on I-80 but I was west bound on I-80 on the 23rd between Sacto to Dixon. That would be a 13 footer pulled by a dark green jeep, you know. And I did have fun.
See you in about 6 weeks in Quartzite.

Having never seen a molded fiberglass rv, in all my travels, I've now seen *four* in the past couple of days.
On Saturday, December 26, I saw a cream-colored Surfside 15 "southbound" on the Overseas Highway in Islamorada (or was it Tavernier...).
Then, the next morning, while northbound on the OS (Tavernier, IIRC), I was just in the process of pointing out a Casita that was at a gas station on the right when a Scamp 13 passed me southbound (looked like late 70s or early 80s, factory livery). Egg overload!
Then yesterday, northbound on OS on Grassy Key, just after getting past a huge backup due to an accident I passed a Scamp 13, with what looked like an aftermarket white paint job (no stripes), and a unique rear window "rock guard." that looked like it was white-painted quilted metal. I hope you weren't stuck in that traffic for too long.
I was incognito; couldn't find any available camping in the Keys over the holidays, so that, combined with the fact that my traveling bud was more interested in actual "lodging" caused me to leave the Boler at home this trip.
Not bad for my first sighting
It's been chilly in the Keys, but then, much chillier back home.

Tuesday Dec 29, 09: Approx 10:15 am. Looked like a white truck with a yellow kayak on top, towing a 16 or 17' Casita, travelling West on Rt 60, Gulf To Bay Blvd, Clearwater, FL.
Was that anyone here?

Spotted 12-30-09...........on I-10 near Picacho Peak, a 13' Burro being towed by a red Toyota Tacoma pick up. You were going eastbound about noon, I was towing my Scamp going westbound.............was it you???? Happy trails!

Two more sightings - it's my week
A Casita, probably a 16', northbound on Windley Key, Islamorada, Florida, Wednesday December 30 at about 10:30 a.m. I don't think there were logos on it, and there were 2-3 bicycles on the back. Didn't catch the tow vehicle (still so surprised to see one). Hope you were having a great day
Then this morning, a Scamp 13 parked on the side of the road, for sale. This was in Key Largo, nearer to the north end of town, on the West (North) side of the Overseas Highway. I was going too fast to get a really good look, but it looked shinyish, and had the Scamp stripes/logos. It might have been on a "things for sale" lot. If I can, I'll stop and photograph it.

at last.. something in Quartzsite other than a Casita
A Scamp 5th wheel at the RV Pitstop, and yes, what day of siting here would be complete without a Casita here... an older, 80s I think, 16 footer on the west overpass in Quartzsite, looks like you and your goldish pick up were headed to Loves.

well, since ya like it so much...
Tonite, on main street, going east, a Casita tugged by a white pick up. You turned left at the Solar Dealer near the dollar store.
(There are no addresses in Q.. everything is in relation to the dollar store.. where nothing is actually a dollar )

Friday afternoon, Jan. 8th - spotted a nice Burro 13 headed west on I-10 between Tonopah & Quartzsite, AZ. Perhaps an early arrival at the Dome Rock "Not-a-Rally"?

In Los Angeles we glimpsed a Bigfoot tandem-axle northbound on 101 at the 405 interchange at 12:45 Sunday, January 10. Way too much merging traffic occupying our attention to spend any time getting more particulars about the Bigfoot and its tow vehicle.

We were heading north bound on I-5 and they were heading southbound near the passes between California and Oregon. White van and a 17 foot bigfoot.
