Three Casitas in southern Colorado and another unidentified pulled by a older Tundra going into Kansas. Made me homesick to not have the trailer but we were on a mission to drop off/pick up and head home.

I did that drive in July as my brother lives in Weaverville and when I left I took 299 all the way to Arcata. I can't believe you didn't see me! I still have yet to be sighted! Sorry we missed each other!

Oregon eggs ...
Last week on I-5 in Oregon between Gresham and Eugene, spotted 2 Casitas (16ft), each tugged by a small pickup with cap.
THEN ... on our last day visiting Ms. Gina's Delta Campground, who should we see but Byron & Ann K with their Scamp 13 ... parked behind us and waiting to move into the site we were leaving! The Delta CG and surrounding area are gorgeous, we enjoyed our limited visits with "the Host" - phew, she was one busy lady ... and it was a super surprise to meet fellow Scamp-campers, too.
Hope everyone is having a terrific summer! L 'n D

Friday August 28 around 12:30 near Orangeville, ON
Dufferin County Road 109 West of # 10.
Dark Red Triple E Surfside with matching antiqueTV.
I was too busy waving from my little green Ranger to get all the details.

Saw a Burro 17' with non-Burro graphics heading south on I-57 about 3 miles south of Matoon IL (mp 186) towed by a red vehicle (didn't see exactly what). I was northbound on I-57 towing my EggCamper.
BTW - where are all the FG spotters? I've been on the road off and on for about a month and nobody spotted me.

We headed for Delta CG to visit Gina camp host. Just before we pulled into the campground my ears started burning. Gina was walking out of her site and got this funny look on her face and said David and Leslie were there and they all just talking about me. Sure enough there's a 16' Scamp parked a site away from Gina. Hugs and hand shakes all around, and some good conversation before David and Leslie let. Of course we took the Scamp spot.

Could have been Bob from Waterloo with his Escape 19 called Winter! Was it a rather new black Chevy pickup TV?

Passed another Burro on highway 2 out of Wenatchee on Friday 9/03. Also, seen a couple of Casitas in Safeway parking lot in North Bend. Thought maybe it was a Casita club. lol

Friday Sept 3rd around 10:30 am going east on the 417 through Ottawa - an Escape 5th wheel called 'the Great Escape'.
And then on Sept 4th looking out a window of a hotel room in downtown Ottawa, could only see a bit of the street through a laneway behind the hotel, but as I look out at the poor view for only a few seconds a boler (white over orange) whizzes by going west and puts a smile on my face.

Saturday, Sept 4. Campground, Rockford, IA, Devonian Fosil Capital of the World, Population maybe 300. Boler of an undetermined age. Very bad shape. Lawn chairs in campsite but there appeared not to be alot of activity so could be something the kids pulled out of the back yard to camp down by the river. Looked like the perfect tow behind doggie house for our stinky lab.

It may just be me, but I really miss the "Was it YOU?!" sub-title that used to go with this thread. I know, it's minor and not necessary, but if it's possible to add it onto the main title, without too much trouble (now that apparently sub-titles exist no longer), would someone mind? It was just so Gina-ish, and really zinged up the thread.
Thank you,
Raya

I'm with you on that suggestion!
I have to say, I have so much fun visiting this forum! It's unfortunate, but all my dog events conflict with the rallies. Would love to come up north and meet the Pacific North West folks!

Monday 9/6... Pulled up behind "The Johnsons" and their Scamp 5'er traveling north on Rt. 15 near Williamsport, Pa. We admired their nicely decorated rig as we passed them. Hope you were heading somewhere fun!

Hmmm, it probably wasn't us -- we were in CT on 8/24, heading from Cheshire to Bass Harbor, ME, but we didn't go by Danbury.
We just got back from 2 weeks on the road to CT, ME, and NB -- our first family trip in the Scamp 16' Deluxe, and it went pretty well. Everybody had a good time, and there was only a little water intrusion.
Later in our trip, we saw a few eggs:
At the Chignecto campground in Fundy National Park, we met a very nice couple from the Boston area in their 16' Scamp, and compared campers and experiences. I told them about the forum, so maybe they will come visit here.
On Thu 9/2, between Sussex and Saint Martins, NB, on CA Rte 111, we passed what looked like a Boler(?) 16' headed north/east towed by a vehicle with 2 kayaks on the roof.
Later in the day on 9/2, in Portland, ME, we saw a Casita 16' headed North on I-95.
Those were the only 2 eggs we saw in our 2-week trip, in a forest of hundreds or thousands of stick-built trailers (many of them quite huge indeed). I was really amazed at how many RVs we saw in ME & NB -- prime vacation weeks and locations, I guess.
