Sighted: a 13ft. Burro with welded cargo on back going west on I-80 between York and Grand Island, Nebraska. I saw you as I crested the only hill for many a mile. We were on our way back from dropping our eldest daughter at camp in Kearney. Scouted out a few campgrounds for this next week for when we come back to pick her up.

Saturday 7-4-06, a Compact Jr. on hwy 18/38 (Big Bear Blvd) in Big Bear City, Ca. around noonish. It was cream colored. You were at a stop light.
Also, a FGRV member (And Casita Club) Kirk and his wife with thier brand new 16 (?) foot Casita in the loop over from mine in Heart Bar campground. Unplanned co-inky dink. Always nice to meet a FGRV member in person!
Kirk, are you under a different name? I could not find your reg.. I am probably spelling it wrong. I came over this morning, but you were out, and when I went back later, you had already towed out! Sorry!

Just got home from Des Moines Goodguys Heartland Nationals Car Show . Camped the weekend in the 13' scamp and had a 13' PlayMorII, New looking Casista 13footer and a 13' Boler all in the campground being pulled by HotRods . What a way to travel. PS, Mine was pulled by my "new" 1952 Suburban.

Caught a glipse of just one fiberglass trailer in my last week of being on the road and camping. It was a trailer that has a bit of a raised middle in the roof, and a big fin on the back, (spoiler) looked like a whale tail! Didn't see the tug. Was it you? Hwy 20 eastbound near the north end of Clear Lake. California. June 28th.

A Boler headed north on 99E in Oregon. Pulled by a dark blue full size van. Spotted at about 5:15 between Hubbard and Aurora on this July 6, 2006.
Was it you?

Saw a Scamp 5th wheel today in Blue Ridge, Ga. about 11 am. They were headed west on Hwy 76. The tow was a cool green step-side p/u.

Today at 9:00a.m., on the I-5 Bridge between Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR, Southbound:
Older 13' Scamp (had a 3-piece rear window), pulled by a maroon Cadillac Seville, driven by an older gentleman. Older than me, anyway.

Sighted Monday, July 10, headed north on I-5 in Oregon:
1) a burro pulled by a large red classic car (I'm not well versed in them, but maybe a thunderbird?)
2) a burro or similar pulled by a large truck with a bunch of stuff on top (of the truck) of a commercial style ladder/pvc rack.

Burro sighting in Lakewood. Owned by a gentleman named Skip from Phoenix. He was here visiting some friends. I told him about us.

Today, at about noon, what appeared to be a 13' Casita or Bigfoot, headed North on I-93 between Ashland and Plymouth, NH. I was headed South and didn't get a bead on the TV - eggs are so infrequently seen, I was paying more attention to the trailer!

Sighted a BIGFOOT 17 ft. boondocking at about 9200 ft. off Monarch Pass near the ski area in Colorado. There were about 25 other campers with motorhomes and various stick campers present. There was a cocktail party going on. Very good!! Gee that must have been my unit, now I remember. The commercial campgrounds in the area were packed within a few feet of major highways. Don't the people realize that as taxpayers, they own the most beautiful mountain and forest playgrounds in the world. This site also had the Colorado Trail going thru the meadow. No need for a campground pass.
On the way West on I-70 from Denver someone was towing a Scamp 16 ft. at about 75-80 mph uphill around Georgetown. Must have had mega-horsepower.
Cheers!!

A late model Scamp 13' with "XM" on the back pulled by a white F250 Ford pickup southbound on I380 toward Iowa City from Cedar Rapids last night about 8:30 pm... I was pulling my Bigfoot and couldn't catch up to him!

On Route 29 near Ruckersville, travelling south toward Charlottesville, Virginia:
a Trillium with North Carolina plates being pulled by a red Tacoma truck.
I tried to catch up to wave, but a stoplight slowed me down.
