Yesterday, a 13' Scamp from Quebec being pulled by a red mini-van, going north on I-75, just south of Gainsville, Florida. Then, a couple of hours later, it passed us just west of Tallahassee, going west on I-10. At that point we had been delayed a couple of hours because of a flat tire and we were on our compact spare, limping home to Pensacola.

13' Scamp sitting at a truckstop in Dickinson, ND, I-94, being pulled by a volkswagon beetle with a car topper and bike on top. I don't think that unit would be moving down the road to fast. South Dakota plates also. Couldn't say if they were up here for the oil boom but our 5ver Scamp would not have made a good place to stay even with the mild winter by North Dakotan's standards.

Spotted another Scamp coming down the grade into Borrego Springs, CA Sunday afternoon 1-29-30. Also spotted another egg off the highway about a quarter mile south of Borrego Springs. (manufacturer unknown)
I was returning from a geocachng event at Ocotillo Wells CA called "Roughneck Rondezvous" This was our first outing with the Scamp in tow.
Had a great time and she towed great.

I met a very nice young woman over the weekend; she has a 17' Casita Freedom Deluxe, and she is fulltiming. We were both camped near Georgetown, TX. She had not ever heard of our website, but is already a member of Casita Forum. She said she'd look in over here, too.

I was there! Jim Hogg Corp Park, correct? I was visiting my parents in their 5th wheel just 2 sites (131) from a Casita. I walked by a few times and would of said "hi", but didn't see anyone outside. Were you in the site near the lake or the one by the T@B trailer with all of the lights?

We were next to the T@b. Those folks are good friends of ours. So, Jenny, were you and your parents the folks who walked by and smiled while we were unhitching our Casita? (I was on the phone at the time!) We spent most of our time visiting at the T@b's site; so, we were "there" but it didn't really much look like it.

Casita sighted Friday Mar 30th on Hwy 58 in VA (between I-85 and I-95) at a gas station. We stopped and ate lunch on the Chesapeake Bay bridge and as we continued Northbound we saw it again at the bridge North information center, pulled by what appeared to be a gold colored Toyota Highlander.

Today... Michele and I took the G'kids up toi Daffodile hill ( Daffodil Hill) for the day. We passed the 49er campground ( 49er Village Home Page ) in Plymouth and saw a CASITA with a tow vehicle being a Gold Tundra Truck as the TRow Vechile (w/ a matching camper shell).

I saw an egg in the Walmart in Superior, WI. Looks like they were getting some rest. Not sure what kind of egg this is but they had Canadian plates. I liked the solar setup can't say I ever seen one like that before. Anyone have any info on the setup?

I never considered it having some customer fiberglass extensions. If they were they were done really well. I'm not sure it was a Scamp though..no visible rivets as far as I could tell.
