its 'tie wraps', not 'ty raps'.

I usually get the 11" Gardner-Bender (G black ones, pack says '75 lbs', '185F/85C', and 'UV'... they don't say anything about cold limits. they are made in China now :-/

T&B ( Thomas & Betts ) is definitely top of the line quality and their butt splices, ring lugs etc. are also top of the line.
