Small Batteries

We have Tire Pressure and Temperature Sensors on all of our vehicles and RVs. Last week one of the sensors failed after a year. I figured a battery failed and expected the other three would soon follow. It turns out I had three of the require CR1632 batteries. I replaced three and they all worked. Since I needed a fourth I went out to buy one, locally hard to find but I got one at CVS and paid $5.99. Yikes.

I went home and went on Amazon and found 10 German manufactured 1632 batteries for $5.99 including shipping. Amazingly one tenth of the price.

You pay for convenience when you shop at a convenience store. I bought six 1632s for 50 cents each locally, and that's CAD.

Yeah, little button batteries like that cost between $6 and $9 basically regardless of quantity. Want one? $6. 10-pack? Also $6. 20-pack? Probably up to $7 for that many.
