It looks like it is wearing a fuzzy winter hat.

This is a minor set back on thinking of getting an early spring in Western Maine.
I've already cleaned off the roofs of all structures once and now I need to do it again.
Get the wadders on to swim down to the trailer or maybe let wife keep shoveling to make a path.
Over 48 inches with temps at minus 24 F. yesterday but today it is only -9 F. a real heat wave.

Here in "The Great White North" we live in what's called the "Bannana Belt" of South Western Ontario. Weatherman said last night that we are going to get+10 degrees C in the next few days. Should be good for a little flooding.

Why don't you gather around my campfire, warm your hands and have a cup of hot cider?

First snow, then rain, then warm sun: "Shlud" = new word meaning a mix of slush and mud.

("Mush" was already taken)

"The parking lot at the Overwaitea was so full of shlud, it looked like a flood."

Overnight the shlud froze into a Crunchy Ice -- "Cripes, don't slip on the Krice!"

We got a reprieve couple weeks ago , temperature was almost 70 here for one day. Then winter came back . That why we call it misery (Missouri) If you don't like the weather wait five minutes it'll change.

We had a foot of snow on the weekend. You can really see how much it was blowing around by the drifts on the roof of the house and the Trillium. Only 10 days till spring??? yeah, right.

Is that a plactic bag you have over the Trillium?
