Storage box install &side Jack

WE have a Happier Camper with a folding tongue. The jack is a side mount.

I would like to install a storgae unit. The unit is approximately 3 feet long (measured from left to right at the bottom) & tapers to about 33" at the top, 28" wide (measured front to back at the bottom).

The tongue folds at around 16 inches. and the jack is mounted about 10 inches from the front of trailer.

The box mounted on top of the hitch framewill interfere with the lowering and raising jack.

My questions, can I move the jack (welded to tongue) if so how close to the ball reciever?

As long as it can function to lift the tongue off the tow vehicle and not impede the turning radius, those would be limiting factors for me.
