Stove recommendations?

I'm looking for a new stove to put into a trailer for full-time living and was hoping to get advice on some specific models to look at. The counter tops are unbuilt, so dimension are still pretty flexible, but I'm probably looking for a two-burner top. Still going back and forth about the oven ... definitely open to advice in that sense, as well.

Aaron, what brand trailer? Just curious.

The Suburban stoves work just fine in both of my trailers. They're pretty simple and I don't think there's much difference between brands.

It's a utility trailer that I'm converting into a camper. Interior dimensions are around 15'x7'.
