I would never follow this on the road.

Wow, this first one is cool. I'm thinking perhaps its recycled military surplus (specifically air-force)?

The second one -- I'm surprised it hasn't been hit with a roadside mechanical inspection. Yikes! Visually speaking, it does have some interesting weight and balance issues.

"it does have some interesting weight and balance issues."

You're right, they better take that AC out of the rear window ASAP! LOL!

Love 'em!

A little trivia:

That second pic's been much discussed elsewhere...it's thought to be a hybrid of two Franklin models- a regular camper and a very early "chassis mount" camper.

( The "C" in "Class C" came from the phrase chassis mount, and Franklin was a pioneer of the type.)

Here's an old brochure showing one very much like the back half of the unit above:

Love the first one. Perhaps a helicopter

The first one looks like a Sikorsky helicopter - likely a scrapped U.S. Navy SH-3 Sea King or similar. Interesting!

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.
