This is the time of year that Lana and I begin to plan our upcoming summer adventure and make reservations where we can. Over the past 5 years we have covered all but one area of the US including: Southwest US, Northern CA, Oregon and Washington, Montana and Wyoming, Colorado, Southeast US, and this past summer Maine and New Brunswick Canada.
The only major area remaining is the UP in MI which I know very little about. I have heard about the Grand Loop around Lake Superior but have no first had knowledge of the must see, stay and do places. Our trips originates in Charleston SC and lasts 6-8 weeks in-order to
escape the brutal humidity and summer heat. I would love to hear your recommendations/suggestions! In general we like to have electric and water and do very little
boondocking, love SP and NP's but a day or two here or there with no hookups is not a problem.
Additionally, I am pretty familiar with the East coast and everything out to CO, WY, MT if anyone is looking to head that way anytime soon and would like some recommendations. With the increased visitation in the National Parks and all time high sales of RV’s, now is the time to start laying a framework for 2018.
Thanks!
