Sun Valley Trailers in Sun Valley California used to make a little two piece molded tow behind trailer around 12 or 14 feet long. Was made of a lower section and an upper section glued together and was made in the late 60's. Saw them being made at the factory but have never seen one on the road. I think they were probably rubber more than fb but were a plastic trailer nevertheless. Does anyone have any info on these. Don't want one, just curious. Harold

Unhappy

The only Sun Valley Trailer I know of is a "stickie" that I almost bought before I discovered the world of fiberglass. Google found rvadvice.com which says:

Sun Valley (Sun Valley, Inc.) Orphan (2001)

Sun Villa (Travel-Line Ent.) Orphan (1990)

Sun-Lite (Sun Valley Inc.) 219-262-1923

They made both. The most stick and aluminum construction came after they stopped making the "rubber" trailer. When I was contemplating buying one and wanted to see them built, they gave me a guided tour of the plant and the foreman showed me the little trailer. He said they no longer built them. I saw one shortly after in Reseda California in 1969, but have never seen any others since then. The problem with the site you gave me the link is not enough knowledge. My Quantum 5 is a perfect example as I know well, where and when they were built. Harold
