sway bar

I got this sway bar put on my infinity qx4 to tow my new Casita and he said it weighed about 40 lbs. it was a tong added to my casita tong and when my sister saw it she said it was way too much and too big. so i went to load it in the back of my suv and threw my back out. It was 200 plus labor. I am not a happy camper. I know i am new and i have not even taken it out yet but how can i use it if i can't lift it and i am very strong. Sister said go to camper world and see what they say. I just want my 200 back from Master Hitch.
