During the recent SOHO San Diego Trailer Show, The owner of the 1968 Airstream Caravelle expressed dissapointment with the size of the awning, which is similar to the Bambi's above, due to the limited straight area to attach the awning rail.

That's got a nice look to it, but the price is crazy.
Besides, compared to my undamaged shell, if I had an Airstream I would have paid some hefty repair bills by now. Stuff just bounces off of it.
The whole thing is just a little too IKEA for my tastes.

Besides, Target has some nice dinnerware, and I like my clock better:





The little plastic sculptures on the face are friendly bears with flowers, and there's a little cottage where the 6 should be.





The text says "I am proud of my nice understand friends. They are friendly to me."
I think it is written in "Engrish" Some friends bought it for me in Paris.

I think it's beautiful!!! OMG, it is WAY too nice to go camping in. I can see the muddy dog & the sandy, smore sticky kids running in and me needing CPR just outside the door.......BUT, IT IS AMAZING!!

I enjoyed seeing it, but won't be rushing out to sell my Casita.

(And— even at $50k, they STILL be looked down on by the bulgemobiles. )

I'd have to do a few mods to make it livable. First, I'd change the bed into a king size with the heads in the back. Then, I would move the bathroom and closet to the front of the trailer for a larger bathroom. I would leave the kitchen where it is, and put the refrigerator and storage cabinet to the left of the door and narrow down the trailer a little so that I don't need extended mirrors on the tow vehicle. Oh, how funny, I created a Liberty Deluxe!
