I moved from a 1/4 acre place I really didn't like very much. Large house with lawn all around. Lots and lots of time spent mowing and watering and trimming. Moved onto 5 acres in the high desert with no yard work necessary. Beautiful landscape. We can leave for months without any yard issues. Best move I ever made.

Just follow your heart. This is a chance to live where you've always imagined.

In case you missed it, I've lived in an 800 sq. ft. house since 1982, with my wife and daughter. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom.

I'm not against tiny houses. I'm just advising that it's best to own the land they are planted on.

Waiting for somebody here to advise that a Jayco may be a better deal.
