Today is my birthday…..again….

I forget how many times when filling out on line forms that I make up a birthday date rather than using my correct date(for security reasons). Consequently I am constantly receiving "Today is your birthday" notices in the mail or on line, some with free coupons. So this weekend I'm enjoying a free breakfast at Perkins Restaurant!!!

Enjoy your "Birthday" breakfast! I have an "alternate" birthday I use when filling out online stuff. I am "off age" and they don't need to know anything else. My daughter saw me filling something out the other day and said "that's not your birthday Daddy" so I explained to her why I was doing it that way. Not long after something got compromised, maybe it was Ebay, and I had a chance to show her why I had "lied" on the form in a real circumstance. Heck, with your name and birthday "they" can be you for all intents and purposes.

I had to change my birthday with Starbucks when I was up here half the year, including my birthday, an hour (gasp!) from the nearest Starbucks. I may have to change it again, though, to coincide with a time when I'd expect to be near a Starbucks now that I'm not in Fresno half the year.
