I vaguely remember a hitch that strapped to a trunk lid or roof that would do this job.
I'm thinking this had to do with a 70's chevy for some reason.

Saw this once. The guy had the hitch in the back of a 70 something Bronco. He could do a 360 under the front of the trailer.
