Trillium L’air deposit back

Hey folks,
I have some good news for those who put downpayment down with Credit Cards for L’air Trilliums.
You can get your money back from CC company.
Just contact them and complain for not delivered product.
Good luck!

L’air Trillium

After 2.5 years the company should know the abilities of manufacturing a product, even with the covid crap the owner is referring to.
He has 70-80 or more units to deliver to his customers.
Only about 20 trailers released in almost 3 years.
But instead he is offering trailers in one of Ontario dealerships with april/may 2023 delivery dates.
20% deposits taken from people they where promised 4 months delivery.
Very dishonest person.
I’m taking him to court for misleading.

Good to know. If word gets out and folks get their deposits back/cancel orders, he may be left with a more manageable backlog. Of course if he's been using the deposits to stay afloat then he may move on to something else.

If the company is going to use deposits to stay afloat maybe paying some interest to waiting customers would be helpful. hard to believe someone could behave so unethically and seem to not want to respond or be responsible and just realize maybe they need to get a loan, conduct business somewhere they can get employees, or whatever the issues are, resolve them or go out of business- such is the way of business unfortunately.
