Emmit>>9th rig
That cute little trailer is Moderator Mike Watters '72
Boler American, Emmit!
Hey, speaking of rigs. How about you start a new thread and post pictures of your British Racing Green Casita? I know folks would love to see it!
Willma>>even our new one
Willma, I can't claim credit for the words.
Truly, Madly, Deeply is a song by Savage Garden. I'm making a CD of love songs for my son and soon-to-be-daughter-in-law, with both current and old love songs. When I heard that one, since my wife and I head for Florida each spring (the ocean) and the mountains of Canada and Colorado each summer ... I immediately thought of our little
fiberglass rig with the refrain "I want to stand with you in the mountains, I want to bathe with you in the ocean."
Keith>>totally addicted
Keith, congrats on your new rig! I know you'll enjoy it as much as we enjoy ours!
Totally addicted doesn't even adequately express my love for our little
fiberglass wonder. I know, I know, you shouldn't love an inanimate object, because it can't love you back ... but still, I can't tell you how much fun my wife and I have, heading out to go camping in our trailer.
We lead a truly exciting life, exploring new places, visiting old places we love. Life's an adventure ... and our rig has played a big part in making that happen all these years.
>>postive Casita thread
Thanks. I wrote that long, long ago, trying to convince the world that these little
fiberglass rigs would outlive stick-built rigs by factor of several decades.
And all of the older rigs on this site prove that point more than anything I could ever write!
Keep us posted on your new arrival Keith!
