I have a wooden plug now thats coming along alot better than the foam one I tried earlier, and i figured out a better way to put the hard to do front and rear windows on this thing and taper them in at the bottom. the pics arent the best but i should have a usable plug to make a mold with in about a week now(work allowing). It's alot smoother than the pics show and once i get it in primer and glassed will look alot better......anyhow 1/18th uhaul ct-13 coming along fine...Bruce

Too cool. I was afraid you had either lost interest or decided it just wasn't worth the time or effort. I've purchased a 1/18th scale 1953 Ford Panel on eBay, it's just waiting for the 16 foot Scamp model to complete the set

The full size 1953 Ford Panel will EVENTUALLY pull my Scamp.... but since it's been in the body shop for years, I can certainly be patient while you work and develop the Scamp plug.

So Bruce, winter is coming. Are you going to get back to this project? I keep thinking we'll hear a success story!

I'd sure like a model that I could "mortify" a little to represent my '83 Burro 13 footer!
