Upsized

Hi all,

We up-sized from our 16 Scamp 2 years back and our Escape 19 is 2 years old today.

Given SARS-COVID2 we needed to be more self sufficient and wanted to avoid enclosed spaces like RV park laundry areas where the air could be droplet laden and have persistent virus loads.

So we thought about having our own laundry option on board. We did not want a Pick up truck so that ruled out 5th wheel options or significantly larger trailers that would exceed our Ford Explorer tow capacity.

So thinking outside the box we found a rig that had tow capacity to pull our Ford! And has washer dryer combo. Enough water to boon dock for nearly 10 days and huge holding tanks.

Yikes what have we done?
I was still shaky with my phone when the size difference between the Escape and the new Invicta became obvious.

We love our Escape!!! Do not really want to part with it and as the COVID issues recede in a few years we can unload the Invicta and still have our Small is beautiful Escape. Not sure there would even be any takers now in the lower 48 if we did want to sell it.

Cheers all,
Bat Dude

If anything, easier to sell right now, as more people are looking for campers as a way to travel during Covid. Plenty of takers out there. Priced realistically it should sell in a couple of days.
