Waiting for Spring to come

next week we take out for Shelby n.c. to visit wifes cousin we plan to boondock all the way. for heat we will use our wave 3 heater at night it worked in our drafty A-Liner in Feb. this year in the 20s at times.

we are staying out of the mountains might hit the wright bros stuff and the ocean that's about it. be back for Thanksgiving!

I am currently sitting in the woods on a tree stump, overlooking a frozen beaver pond, deer hunting. It is 19 deg F , overcast, with a slight NW breeze and snow is gently falling. The weather is
Perfect , not to hot and not to cold. Not an insect in sight.
My kind of weather . Been to Florida during HELL season and if I am lucky I will never be there again.
The only thing I like hot is my supper and coffee.

For those of you who are currently snow and ice bound, it's in the 40s and 50s down here (cold front). Back into the 70s and 60s by the end of the week. Great camping weather. The population of Texas grows by hundreds of thousands this time of year. Y'all come on down.
