Now that I think about it the most difficult part os the whole job was multiple coats of urethane on both side of all the panels and sanding in-between each coat to achieve a nice smooth surface.

Thank you for the kind words. The inspiration for this came from a need to make the interior easy to clean. We are "most timers" traveling with 2 dogs and we cook in the trailer. We wanted surfaces that could be wiped down and wouldn't hold dog hair. I have always loved the wood interiors of the older trailers. We love our little cabin on wheels.

The ceiling panels are mostly held in place by the air conditioner shroud and the frame of the Fantastic fan. There are also 4 fasteners that go through the carpet and expand to add additional support. No hole in the fiberglass for this project.
